Program Cancellation: 

• If we have to cancel a class due to low enrollment, your account will be credited for future classes or membership payments. In extenuating circumstances, we can refund money. If you would like a refund instead of a credit, please contact Rene at rene@rocklakeac.org. 
• If you need to cancel your registration prior to the closing date of registration, we can credit your account or refund your money.
• If you need to cancel your registration after the closing date of registration but before the class begins, we will credit your account.  No refunds will be given.
• There are no credits or refunds after a class has started.

Class Cancelation: If one class is canceled due to weather or instructor unavailability (such as illness),  it will not be made up. If more than one class is canceled, we will try make up as many as we can as schedules allow, or we will credit your account for cancelled classes.  We cannot guarantee that make up classes will be the same day of the week/time of day as the regularly scheduled classes. No credits will be given if you are unable to make the rescheduled classes. 

Winter Weather Procedures: We follow the Lake Mills Area School District for weather related closures. If the district closes school or cancels after school activities due to inclement weather, our office, tot spot, programming and group exercise classes will be canceled as well. If there is a delayed start for the school district, we will follow the same delay and our programming will continue as scheduled after the delay.
