Janelle started teaching group exercise and personal training about two years ago and loved the people she met. She loves being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. "I love sharing my love of fitness with anyone wanting to make a positive change in their life. Whether you want to lose a few pounds or just increase your overall fitness, I'd love to help with that. I truly believe exercise can be fun and enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals!"
Katie moved to Lake Mills with her family in October of 2015. Being home with her two young boys, she went in search of a place she could exercise during the day that had excellent child care and found that at the Rock Lake Activity Center. She was so inspired by what the RLAC was doing to enrich the community that she wanted to be involved.
