Never practiced yoga? If you want a gentle way to learn more about yoga, this class is for you! Like a Vinyasa (flow) class, each movement is synchronized with breath. Expect this class to include traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, and backbends. Great class for anyone who is interested in learning more about Traditional Vinyasa Flow. Open to all experience levels (even beginners!) and individual modifications will be available. All ages welcome!
