Sharon started coming to the Rock Lake Activity Center shortly after it opened to take a 5:30 am fitness class. After staying with the class through a few instructors, she began leading the class herself! Sharon loves working out in many different ways, spending time with her family and pet dog, reading and gardening!
This class is for those wanting to improve their overall strength. You will work all the large muscle groups of your lower and upper body as well as exhaust your abs- all in under and hour!
